It is a pleasure to invite
DDBUK Club members to the
15th Annual General Meeting
This year we propose to hold the AGM virtually
on Saturday 6th March at 11am
The Meeting Room will open from 10-45 am

Please note that an early indication by email to: peter.fryer2@btinternet.com to register your interest in attending the meeting before Saturday, February 20th would be appreciated.
All members will receive documents relating to the accounts and any resolutions to be presented at the AGM in sufficient time to enable responses to be received from members.
Copies of relevant documents will be made available to be accessed through the Members section of the Club’s website.

7. Committee membership - Election of Officers:
At the 2018 AGM a resolution was adopted to extend the tenure of Committee members to 3 years. For this reason, all members retire by rotation this year and offer themselves for re-election:
- Stephen Burt for re-election as Membership Secretary
- Shaun Crofton for re-election as Technical/Safety Officer
- David Gibbins for re-election as Club Treasurer
- Peter Fryer for election as Secretary
- Andrew Howe-Davies for re-election as Regalia Officer
- Nick Pellett for re-election as Committee member
- Election of One New Committee Member (Justin Fellows)
The Chairman may serve for a maximum of two terms in office.
- Michael Edwards offers himself for re-election as Chairman
